our scope of work

 

At Fenix Tech Design & Estimating LLC, we provide kitchen and bathroom design, estimating and remodeling solutions with a strong focus on quality, functionality and style.

Currently, we do not operate as a licensed General Contractor in Florida. Our services are limited to work that does not require a GC license.

WHAT WE DO

Design

Kitchen and bathroom design (layouts, 3D renderings, space planning).   Advanced 3D cabinet and millwork design using our licensed Cabinet Vision software.

Planning

 Interior cosmetic remodeling (kitchens, bathrooms, and residential spaces). 

Cabinetry

 Cabinet installation and replacement. 

Surfaces

 Countertop installation (quartz, granite, and solid surfaces). 

Flooring

Flooring installation (vinyl, tile, porcelain, laminate wood).
Wall finishes and backsplash installations.

TRIM & FINISHES

 Interior textures, painting and decorative finishes. 

This scope of work applies specifically to Fenix Tech Design & Estimating LLC, based in Sarasota, Florida. Services are limited to the categories described above and are always performed in compliance with Florida law.

PROJECT REFERRED

We refer you to licensed contractors when structural, plumbing, or electrical work is required.

What We Do Not Perform Directly

 

  • Structural work (load-bearing walls, additions, roofing).
     
  • Electrical installations or new plumbing systems.
     
  • HVAC or mechanical systems.
     
  • Any project requiring a building permit under a General Contractor license.

Our Commitment

When a project requires work beyond our direct scope, we refer you to licensed and insured general contractors in Sarasota to ensure each remodel meets Florida codes and regulations.
