Founded on August 8, 2022, by Jhon Gutierrez, a Colombian architect with a specialization in Senior Management and over 17 years of experience in design, planning, technology, and materials, our company stands out for its strong financial management, efficient project execution, and strategic planning. Jhon is currently preparing to obtain his General Contractor license in the state of Florida, which will further expand the scope of our services. 

At Fenix Tech Design, we believe the kitchen is the heart of the home, and every personalized kitchen design project is an opportunity to bring warmth, functionality, and style into our clients’ lives. 

To achieve this, we leverage cutting-edge technology, including our specialized carpentry software, Cabinet Vision Software, along with design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. We also integrate the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology to ensure precision, coordination, and a truly collaborative workflow in every project.
